1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to LoomiFy. By accessing our website, purchasing our ready-to-ship carpets, or using our Custom Studio, you agree to comply with these terms. Our carpets are handcrafted by artisans in India, and slight variations in color, texture, or dimensions are inherent to the artisanal process and are not considered defects.
2. Custom Studio & Custom Orders
When you commission a custom carpet, a 40% non-refundable advance payment is required to commence weaving. Because these pieces are tailored to your exact specifications, custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins and are strictly non-returnable.
3. International Duties & Taxes
Please Note: For international shipments, the buyer is considered the importer of record. You are solely responsible for paying any import taxes, customs duties, and local clearance fees levied by your destination country upon the arrival of the carpet.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to carpet designs, images, logos, and text, is the exclusive property of LoomiFy. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use of our designs and digital assets is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Garhwa, Jharkhand.
