Since every custom piece is meticulously crafted by hand from a blank canvas, it typically takes between 4 to 8 weeks from the day of design approval to final completion, depending on the size and complexity.

To begin crafting your bespoke carpet, we require a 40% non-refundable advance payment. The remaining balance is simply cleared just before we securely dispatch the final masterpiece to your doorstep.

Because bespoke carpets are tailor-made exclusively to your exact dimensions, colors, and design choices, they cannot be cancelled once weaving begins, and they are strictly not eligible for returns unless damaged during transit.

Yes, absolutely! We export our handcrafted carpets worldwide directly from our studio in India. While standard shipping within India is complimentary, international shipping rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your location.

For all global shipments, the buyer is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and local clearance fees levied by the destination country upon arrival.

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return window for our standard, ready-to-ship carpets. The rug must be completely unused, in its original pristine condition, and returned securely in its original packaging.
